Join us on an inspirational journey into the magical woods of Northern Wisconsin! Traverse the cross country ski trails of Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya and Lakewood, Wisconsin. Challenge the mind, body and spirit through yoga sessions inspired by the innate beauty of the season.
No matter your level of comfort with yoga, skiing, camping, or the outdoors, expect a supportive atmosphere to embrace new challenges throughout the weekend. This unique winter get-away is offered by Mo-Yoga, LLC in partnership with Power Adventures.
Dates: February 8-10 (7pm Friday through 3pm Sunday)

Max Spots: 25 participants
Activities: Cross Country Skiing, Yoga, Meditation, Snowshoeing, Hiking, Sledding, Ice Skating, & Fire-side Relaxation!
Levels: All levels of experience in yoga and cross country skiing. Beginners welcome!

- Cross country ski instruction & ski equipment

- Lodging in heated cabins, bunk-style with full bathrooms

True North Wilderness Experience
True wilderness is hard to come by. Explore one of the nation’s best wilderness areas, the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, in northeastern Minnesota.
Along the way we’ll discover the history, geology, ecology and economics of the area. We’ll improve our canoeing, camping, and portaging skills, learn to read maps and navigate, hike, swim, fish, and explore in the breathtaking north woods. The group will work together daily to cook, clean, and perform other camp chores. Heller Nature Center, in conjunction with Power Adventures, is proud to offer this trip of a lifetime!
Dates: August 5-16
Location: Boundary Waters In Northeastern Minnesota
Age Groups: 10-12 Graders
Activities: Canoeing, Camping, HIking, Swimming, Fishing, and Exploring the breathtaking scenery!
Levels: Previous canoing and camping experience highly recommended, but not mandatory.
